Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be intact.
• Products that are opened, used, damaged, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Initiate a Return

• Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide you with return instructions.
• Please ensure the product is securely packed before shipping it back to us

Refunds & Exchanges

After receiving your returned product, we will “inspect it” to verify eligibility.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

If you prefer, you may request an “exchange for another RIGHT SKIN™ product of equal value.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product.

• RIGHT SKIN™ does not provide pre-paid return labels.
• Shipping fees are “non-refundable”
